Quacker talks a lot compared to Tom and Jerry. In many shorts, he is the only one who speaks. He's very trusting, even trusting Tom in many situations in which Tom wishes to eat him. He's is a good friend of Jerry, but unlike Jerry, he harbors no hard feelings towards Tom. Quacker is often mistaken as appearing in The Duck Doctor , but the Duck appearing in that short is a wild duck .

Characteristics [ ]
Personality [ ], appearance [ ].
Quacker is a childlike yellow duck. Although he is considered a yellow duck, the only exception is the short The Duck Doctor , where Quacker has an appearance of an American duck, because of the fact that the people at MGM tried to prevent Quacker from being confused with Cuckoo the little canary that has a similar appearance to Quacker.

- He has a girlfriend named Fifi .
- His voice is a ''duck voice'' similar to Disney's Donald Duck.
- In The Tom and Jerry Show (1975) episode "The Lost Duckling", he made his only appearance. His looks in this episode are similar, except that unlike other appearances he speaks with a normal voice instead of a "duck voice".
- That's My Mommy was the only cartoon where Jerry was his enemy (actually, Quacker thought that Jerry was his enemy while in fact he was trying to save him from Tom).
- He appears in Tom and Jerry in War of the Whiskers under the name "Duckling" and one of the five all-round fighters alongside Tyke , Jerry , Robot Cat and Tuffy , he uses a flight attack with the jump button and punch button for he is all-round and a bit skillful. Unlocked after Defeating Robot Cat as Tuffy. Quacker's punches are similar to Tyke's and is very easy to defeat. in the PS2 version of War of the Whiskers, he and Tuffy's emotions are mixed up, but this is corrected in the Xbox and GameCube versions. When He is a CPU in a Melee match, he only punches the other AI characters once which leads to him getting punched back. when he is set on fire, he makes a combination of Screeching and Quacking.
- He attempted suicide twice: The first was in Downhearted Duckling and in That's My Mommy though Tom intervened.
- Quacker also appears in Tom and Jerry in Fists of Furry as Duckling. He is only fought 3 times in Single player.
- Quacker is superstitious in The Tom and Jerry Show (2014) and Tom and Jerry in New York .
