Incorrect personalisation received, to be corrected.

I placed an order for a personalised necklace, as a gift for my daughter, on 10-3-2024. Little Keepsake Company email confirmed my order completion on 11-3-2024, an extremely fast response. Necklace received on 13-3-2024. (I needed to delay Royal Mail delivery by one day.) My Daughter shared an image of the heart pendant with me, correct letters and date but not the standard font as stated on their website. Silver chain twisted and knotted, this needed to be straightened. Positively, the heart pendant is a good size. I sent two emails to customer services team, on 13-3-2024 (automated responses received) asking for an explanation about their error. They only offer two font choices on their website. Update, Little Keepsake Company have now responded, apologising and explaining they will supply the corrected engraved font. So a positive result, Thank you.

I've had a few beautiful pieces from…

I've had a few beautiful pieces from this shop and had a bracelet for Christmas. I got in touch last week to ask for a quote to fix the bracelet I had broken. Not only did they offer to replace the broken bracelet and swap my charms over, they paid for the postage both ways too. I've never experienced customer service of this level before. I cannot recommend them highly enough 💗💗💗.

Very Happy with Customer Service & my bracelets

I ordered a few bracelets for Christmas presents. One broke after a week a she caught it on something, and when I emailed to ask if it could be fixed I was sent an immediate replacement with no fuss whatsoever. I was also sent the postage to return my broken bracelet. I am sad for the other customers who for whatever reason did not receive the excellent customer service I did, I can only go on my personal experience. I will use this company again.

Exceptional Customer service

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a personalised silver necklace on 4th January and paid next day delivery. It still hasn’t arrived, I’m so disappointed I put in the address accurately and even paid via PayPal so address is automatic and the Royal Mail link they gave me said it hadn’t been delivered due to wrong address which is ludicrous. I have sent 5 emails within this time frame (14days) and no answers. I’ve tried ringing no answer. I’ve left my details to contact and still nothing. I will not be using this company ever again nor promoting it to anybody. If I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would!

Purchased a bracelet for Christmas & it broke the same day. After providing a photo of the broken item, sending numerous emails & trying to call, no one has advised how to get a refund. A shame really because the items are quite nice. Will never buy from here again.

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. I recently ordered from the company , and accidentally put my old address bare in mind I realised straight after I had ordered my product , after trying to email multiple times and phoning their number which by the way does not go through as “their mailbox is full” probably from the amount of people who want to complain about them . I now have to wait for it to be delivered to my old address and collect it from them , because the company cannot be bothered to their job. I will never be ordering from here again , and I highly recommend anyone considering ordering from here go to another company , I have also read that the jewellery is bad quality, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered . - Dan

Honestly couldn’t be happier

Honestly couldn’t be happier with my necklace purchased for my mother in law as her 50th birthday present. It’s a stunning silver chain with a heart ingraved with her late fathers handwriting on and has a beautiful silver feather also attached. It is honestly so pretty and something I know she will treasure forever.

Wonderful Customer Service

Wonderful customer service! Received a charm with a handprint and footprint of my baby engraved onto it, and initially there was a mark on the prints. I messaged the company and without question they sent a replacement special delivery in time for Christmas. Really impressed!

Poor quality and no customer service

Bought a bracelet in October for a friends 60th. Went to wrap it two weeks ago the whole piece was black! I’ve worn sterling silver jewellery for many, many years. It should NOT tarnish as quick as this. I have tried emailing and leaving a message on Instagram no reply whatsoever.

The seller supplied incorrect goods on my Etsy order.

The seller messed up my Etsy order by sending 2 totally different necklaces to the one that I had ordered as a Christmas present for my wife. I tried phoning The Little Keepsake company multiple times to try to rectify the problem but nobody answered the phone, I sent an email which was ignored, I sent a follow up email which was also ignored, they only responded when I made a complaint through Etsy, they finally responded and after sending the 2 incorrect necklaces back I received a refund. I would advise people to avoid using this company if you are able to find the same goods elsewhere.

The Little Mount Lavender Company is a must visit destination if you are looking for a fun, quaint place to shop or grab a bite to eat. I bought a Lavender Fruit Cake for a Christmas treat! I am not a fruitcake fan however my husband loves the stuff. That cake was amazing, not heavy on the candied fruit, lovely lavender aroma, & yummy to eat. So, if you are looking for a unique gift like lavender olive oil or a lavender laced lunch or cocktails then this is your place.

This shop offers a variety of experiences: a cafe with lunch and desserts, shopping for home decor and personal items, bushels of flowers and lavender, or goat milk soaps and lotions. I couldn't believe how large this space was! Every time I turned the corner there was another room to explore. I love crystals and one room was dedicated to them, both individually and in jewelry. The bowls of rolled stones shared the names and how they're used for meditation practices. Along with a few crystals, I purchased a necklace and my best friend left with some soaps. No time to enjoy the cafe but I'll definitely come back. My guess is we need to get there earlier in the day for better selections. The owners of this shop take care of a farm and its animals, bringing in the lavender bunches. They've also been supportive sponsors of Shelby County Theater. We had a nice visit with them while checking out. Private parking lot. Active on social media so follow them to stay updated!

What a gem! This fabulous store is chock full of wonderful things for sale - art, lavender bunches and lots of lavender infused products, home decor, and more. It's also a charming cafe and bakery. I've been in before and picked up some delicious baked goods (do not miss the focaccia) but today I went for lunch. I had their chicken salad which is some of the best I've ever had. Their sweet tea is also delicious. It was later in the day and I had the chance to chat with the owner - such a charming and delightful man! This is an absolute must go.

Nice lunch stop in my neighborhood- Simpsonville KY. Dining options are inside our outdoor under nice covered pavilion. Quick service and an excellent chicken salad on a homemade puff pastry! Highly recommend!

What a little gem of a place in Simpsonville. It has everything imaginable including a wonderful cafe with fabulous food and desserts as well as a wonderful bakery. My friend and I had lunch there on a Thursday and by the time we were finished eating every table was full! I had a wonderful chicken dish in a cream sauce with green beans and asparagus that was delicious and came with fresh fruit and perfect baguette rounds with a great cream cheese spread that was so good that I bought some to take home. The chef came out to check on everyone's meals and all said how great it was! He uses an Herbs de' Provence seasoning which is perfection. Lavender is used is many ways including in the lavender lemonade that we had. The desserts are great and it was hard to decide on one. I had the lavender/lemon cake with a lemon custard that was lighter than air. We will definitely return and bring other friends along for a very special outing. The staff was very friendly and great service all around. A++++++

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop and recognize our efforts. We base our Business on serving the best products and service from our cafe to our Lavender selection in the store.

My wife and I visited this gem today., Sat Sept 9, 2023 around 12:00 noon. Outstanding food experience. Having said that the same cannot be said about the customer experience. The 2 female servers in the main dining room were very rude. In 2 occasions before selecting a table had us on a cramped 2 seat table by the wall. When we complained she rudely told us that you guys select tables accordingly, given that the room was half empty. After a bit of back and forth she agreed to sit us on a bigger table. MidwY through our magnificent meal, kiddos to the chef, an Asian couple came in and experienced the same uncomfortable situation as us. After complaining to the same server she told them the same she told us. They were so insulted that after a few minutes of sitting down they abruptly left. I make this observation only because the 2 couples were professionals, and in search for great food. That you have, but unless you train your servers to be a bit more tactful with your guests, they will not come back.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here with our lunch. Our order and another table's order were mixed up and we were unaware that the salad we received was not the one that was ordered. We realized this when the other table received their order and tried to explain the error. The server wasn't interested in the explanation and rudely remarked, "Do you want it out not?" My friend responded, "Well excuse me!" Soon after the owner came out and asked us not to speak rudely to his servers. He didn't seem interested in our side and the rude remark his server initially made. He said he stands by his workers. This was all handled poorly. He should have asked us if there was a problem and listened to the us, the customer. This was not the case and it was insulting to us, as diners. The waitress who took our order was wonderful and said the server was having a rough time. We told her that she was wonderful and should not feel bad for another's actions. If only the owner had been as gracious. We will not support this business in the future and I doubt the owner cares.

Love this place! Best body butter anywhere! Cute place and sweet people too. Check out their cafe too. It's worth the trip.

If you go, I recommend getting the appetizer. Loaf of their bread with several different cream cheeses, oil and balsamic vinegar a drink and move on. Everything including the food is way over priced and until today, I have never been charged $3 for a glass of tap water.

We are totally in line with our prices, however we are not in everyone’s price point for better quality. There are other options for people to choose to eat. We cater to a better quality food experience.

Red Lobster website lists 87 locations 'temporarily closed' in 27 states: See full list

Red Lobster has abruptly closed dozens of restaurants across the country.

A look at the restaurant chain's website reveals 87 stores temporarily closed across 27 states, with some of them having their kitchen equipment up for auction on an online restaurant liquidator.

The liquidator, TAGeX Brands, announced Monday it is auctioning off equipment this week from 48 locations that have closed. The website says auctions are live and will end periodically on Thursday, and that each winner will receive the "entire contents of the Red Lobster location they bid on."

USA TODAY reached out to Red Lobster on Tuesday and did not get a response prior to publication.

Red Lobster considered filing for bankruptcy in April

The seafood chain considered filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month in an effort to restructure its debt,  according to Bloomberg .

The company had been getting advice from law firm King & Spalding as it looked to shed some long-term contracts and renegotiate leases, Bloomberg reported, noting that Red Lobster's cash flows had been weighed down by leases and labor costs, among other issues.

Red Lobster suffered big losses with 'Ultimate Endless Shrimp' promotion

In 2023, the seafood chain's " Ultimate Endless Shrimp " deal became more popular than expected, inadvertently becoming a key factor in a $11 million loss in the third quarter.

The limited-time promotional deal, in which guests picked two types of shrimp to enjoy nonstop for $20, landed a permanent spot on Red Lobster menus in June. Red Lobster's parent company, Thai Union Group, said in November 2023 that the chain was headed toward a $20 million loss for 2023. Now the endless shrimp deal costs $25.

Thai Union Group CFO Ludovic Regis Henri Garnier said in an earnings report call that the company was aware the initial price for the endless-shrimp deal was cheap. The offer was intended to draw customers into restaurants, but orders exceeded expectations, he said.

"We wanted to boost our traffic, and it didn't work," Garnier told investors in November 2023, according to  Restaurant Business Magazine . "We want to keep it on the menu. And of course we need to be much more careful regarding what are the entry points and what is the price point we are offering for this promotion."
