Great products and excellent customer service
I have had many Valentte candles over the last few years but had an issue with one that would not burn properly and emailed customer service. They replied immediately and were so polite and helpful resolving my issue sending me a replacement without question. Truly impressed and will be purchasing more in future. A great company.

Customer service excellent
I recently placed an order of body scrub buy one get one free.It arrive but when I opened the box one of them had been leaking I got in touch by email explain what had happened I got a reply really quick and they said they would send another scrub out that arrived a couple of days later .Would highly recommend recommend this company beautiful products and really gorgeous perfumes.Customer service is so good no messing about worth 5 stars

No smell at all in a diffusers,waste of money sadly,don't know where those amazing rewiews coming from. Had few candles,but not impressed at all wont be a returning customer for sure !

Love this company so much fantastic products. Recommend them to my family I love the fact it's not just a product you also learn alot from the information on the website such as candles burning and why the first brunt is important. The difference in the defuser sticks ect. The smells are amazing so long lasting not fake over powering very fresh and real if that makes sense. Boy do they last unlike other products that I have had in the past. I am working my way through the entire lemongrass collection need to branch out and try other smells as well. The body cream is so amazing I love it and it is amazing on my skin.

Beautiful diffusers and candles, perfect gifts
Love this brand. Scents they have are beautiful, love the lemongrass diffuser in particular. Website is easy to navigate and gift boxes come beautifully packaged, perfect as an easy pressie that has a personal touch for really reasonable price. Also get code for a free gift when sign up to mailing list and they include mini tester scents as freebies. 3 days for delivery, very happy to have found a company providing such outstanding service.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, I called Valentte earlier today as wanted to enquire about a gift set I wasnāt able to get through but to my surprise I got a callback within a couple of minutes by Amelia, who was absolutely lovely she talked through the current promotions, answered my questions and was patient with me. I found out about this place because my Mum got me a gift from here and I loved the smell of the diffusers and lotions. I am now going to try the wax melts from here. I feel like it is difficult finding a nice smelling diffuser/candle that firstly smells good and secondly smells natural - this is why I really like Valentte

Firstly what incredible products. Each smell is better than the last one. I have one in every room of the house. And their customer service is second to none. I called them at midday to query an incorrect order - revised order received 10am following morning. All companies should take a leaf out if their book. Valente well done - exceptional.

I was aware that a friend used Valentte and was delighted to receive a beautiful pack of lemon grass and Rosemary, Room mist spray, reed diffuser and a lovely candle as part of her ideal recovery pack for me after major surgery. It did two things immediately: Lifted my mood and filled a sick bed room with a clear tangy fragrance which visitors immediately commented on. Thrilled to bits and now I have your contact details will certainly be trying out the other scents and fragrances!

I love love love Vallentte. I tried this companies candles diffusers and sprays last year for the first time. And I haven't used another company since. They're beautiful natural and long lasting. The packaging is outstanding. I have given to my friends as gifts and they also loved them. They have scents that suit all rooms. Kitchens bathrooms bedrooms and lounges. I am completely sold. Won't go anywhere else for my diffusers etc.

Beautiful, authentic, long lasting scent
Received Valentte gift box as a present, a candle, body wash and hand cream. Left the gift box open on my dressing table and woke up to beautiful scent from the unlit candle. Have made 5 orders personally since. The diffusers are delicious and the scents are so beautiful, not overpowering or synthetic. Bought the refill sizes for the diffuser and hand wash as such great value. Husband raises his eyebrows when there is another delivery... So pleased I found you!

5 Star Diffusers.
Wouldnāt shop anywhere else for my diffusers. Have bought quite a few and everyone has smelt amazing. They are long lasting, scent a large area and very good value, with lots of offers. Refills are an added bonus. Gift boxes make really good presents. My favourites are Verbena & Peppermint and Lemongrass & Rosemary. Just trying Lavender for the first time. Excellent customer service, with speedy delivery and well packaged products. Many thanks to you all.

Beautiful products
Iāve placed a few orders now and absolutely love the smell of the products. Lemon and white neroli is my favourite. Delivery is quick and the special offers are good. One slight criticism is that the perfume isnāt particularly long lasting although it does smell beautiful.

Valentte Gift Box Amazing Gift
I received a Valentte Gift Box for my Birthday as a gift from a friend & was extremely delighted. The amazing presentation box is lovely I will keep this for storage. The product is beautiful, the fragrance fills my house with a fresh tangy Lemon & Rosemary smell of Spring. I have since ordered for another friend as a gift & will order more in future, maybe try a different fragrance after smelling my free samples.

Valente top class products candles
This is my 4th purchase of valente products which has included x2 as gifts for friends and x2 for myself. Lovely products, candles last well and can really recommend the lemongrass and rosemary. I find the candles are much better than other well known brands. My next purchase will include some of the face and body creams. Communication is brilliant and packaging can all be recycled. Another plus is that you get free samples with your order. Defo my favourite.

I initially discovered Valentte at the Countryfile show at Blenheim Palace where I purchased one of their gift boxes, as a present. Outstanding customer service
Had my first order from them i had a slight issue ordering and must say customer service is amazing. Lisa was dealing with my order and she was lovely responded quickly and the problem was solved. I have been ordering from this company now for a couple of years. Two of my daughter and i were at a craft market when we first discovered them a few years ago now. They make beautiful candles in various fragrances my favourite being relaxing lavender for the bedrooms i also buy room sprays diffusers in various fragrances too for the bathrooms and bedrooms also the sitting and dinning rooms as i spend most of my time at home due to health problems they bring a great deal of pleasure to me. This was my first time buying products from Valentte and they did not disappoint. I ordered the White Neroli and Lemon hand and body lotion. I was aware that a friend used Valentte and was delighted to receive a beautiful pack of lemon grass and Rosemary, Room mist spray, reed diffuser and a lovely candle as part of her ideal recovery pack for me after major surgery. I ordered gift box candles on my first order one of the candles had been damaged in transit , i contacted the team instantly sorted and new one sent to me. My recent order received 4th April 23 was diffusers, but my favourites are the Patchouli/Eucalyptus and Lime/Grapefruit candles they smell beautiful and relaxing and you can smell the fragrance the minute you open your door .

Totally gorgeous products
Totally gorgeous products, packed beautifully to make lovely gifts. Ordered some for Xmas presents and they arrived promptly. First saw this brand a few years ago at the Country Living Fair (or the Conde Nast one, I might be muddling it up) and so happy to see theyāre still going strong. A bit disappointed with how my order was handle because whoever prepared it, failed to read my message which resulted to unnecessary, unexpected extra postage fee and time wasted from them. It's my first time to order but after messaging, Victoria quickly replied and sorted it twice because the mistake was done twice on their part. I was impressed with the lemongrass and rosemary reed diffuser I bought as part of the set but unfortunately I was not impressed and Not satisfied with the wax melts as the smell didn't even last for 24 hours. The room mist is just the same like other room mist you buy out there nothing special about it. I didn't try the candle yet. If I will buy again, then it may just be the reed diffuser when its on sale. I will not buy it on full price as I already tried other brand with long lasting smell than this.

Well I've just opened another box from valentte. Feel exhilarated just opening the box. I ordered room sprays this time and my go to was nutmeg and cardoman. gave it a spray and it was nearly Christmas. spoke with Kelly and asked for some cinammon sprays which they are in the process of making candles and diffusers with cinnamon and pine and other Christmas smellies. Tried a couple small samples
Ordered the trio set they had on offer to try for free and added on some samples available at checkout being new to the company and intrigued. Only received the free mini add on samples from checkout and not the trio box I originally wanted to try. Was gutted opening it as it was the wax melts I wanted so bad after hearing good things. Samples were good though, just wish I received the trio box and had the samples taken off my order instead of the box. 4 stars as it was only postage I paid anyway but others might want to avoid adding the free samples at checkout when trying an offer to avoid the same happening. Did try to order the box again but only one per person so it didnāt go through

Sound like me? Itās not. The entire paragraph, except the pizzeriaās name and the city, was generated by GPT-4 in response to a simple prompt asking for a restaurant critique in the style of Pete Wells.

I have a few quibbles. I would never pronounce any food a revelation, or describe heat as a kiss. I donāt believe in magic, and rarely call anything perfect without using ānearlyā or some other hedge. But these lazy descriptors are so common in food writing that I imagine many readers barely notice them. Iām unusually attuned to them because whenever I commit a clichĆ© in my copy, I get boxed on the ears by my editor.

Valentte's products are lovely but they continually put misleading offers in their sales. Their sales states 70 percent off but nothing is that discount. After a few emails to them which they say they are fixing the "error" nothing gets changed. Update 5th February.
Bought two candles from Valentte and I'm very disappointed. 1) a huge amount of packaging for just two candles, 2) the candles haven't been cleanly poured and there are air gaps around the outer edges which spoils the look of the candles. 3) the scent is minimal compared to other candles and burners I have used.
